Happy 4th of July!! OOTD

It's a gloomy morning here in La Jolla, but I have faith that it'll turn sunny by the afternoon! It's always a bit gloomier near the beach, but since we're going into the city today, I thought this dress would be perfect for the 4th of July! :) Have a fabulous day, and stay safe watching fireworks!!
